CBT Social Anxiety Group: Navigating the Social Waters with Confidence

We are pleased to offer a new CBT Social Anxiety Group that incorporates mindfulness and interpersonal effectiveness skills from DBT.

CBT Social Skills Group

Over the course of 8 weeks group members will learn how to be in the moment when interacting with others, practice assertiveness and conversational skills, and get feedback from a supportive group. CBT Social Anxiety Group is appropriate for adults 18+.

Led by Kristen Roman, Psy.D.

Every Wednesday from 6:00-7:30 PM
