Overcome Test Taking Anxiety and Perform Your Best

If you are faced with taking a test or standardized exam & are prone to test anxiety or intense nervousness, we can help.

We offer an individualized program for students on how to conquer test anxiety and perform to the best of your abilities.

This is not a test prep course. We do not teach you how to pick the best answer on a multiple choice test, or what kind of material you should study. Instead, this program focuses on conquering the emotional component of test anxiety which often interferes with effective performance.

Although our test anxiety program is focused specifically on reducing the stress and anxiety associated with taking exams, the techniques should be useful in other situations in which you will be evaluated, such as giving a speech or turning in a graded assignment.
