Adult DBT Skills Group

Skills Groups are a core component of our DBT programs and benefit individuals with a wide array of psychological problems. Over the course of 20 weeks, participants will learn skills to help them better manage their own emotions, tolerate distress, and interact more effectively with others.

Groups cover the following skills training modules:

  • Mindfulness
  • Emotion regulation
  • Distress tolerance
  • Interpersonal effectiveness
  • Walking the middle path

This group is led by Dr. Shimon Littman, on Mondays, 7-8:30PM beginning February 28th.
