David Adler

David Adler is CEO of Adler Asset Management, LLC, investment adviser to the Adler Value Fund.  From March 2014 to March 2017, Mr. Adler was Executive Vice President at CBRE, a commercial real estate services firm where he was Head of Corporate Development.  Previously, he spent twenty-four years in Investment Banking. Most recently, he was a Managing Director at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Financial Institutions Investment Banking Group.  Prior to that, he was a Managing Director at J.P. Morgan in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group. He is a member of the board of directors of TCW Direct Lending LLC and TCW Direct Lending VII LLC as well as Chairman of each of its Audit Committees.  Mr. Adler received an M.B.A. in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago.

Pamela Cogut

Pamela Cogut is a Managing Director of Perennial where her responsibilities include business development, operations and strategic initiatives related to the growth of the firm. Prior to joining Perennial, Pamela served as internal fund counsel to the private equity division of Apollo Global Management where she was actively involved in all aspects of the fundraising for Apollo Investment Fund VIII, the firm’s $17.5 billion flagship private equity fund. Prior to that, Pamela was a Vice President at Tailwind Capital, a middle-market private equity firm focused on the healthcare and business services sectors. At Tailwind she advised on corporate governance, legal, operations and compliance matters. Pamela began her career as an Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton in the Investment Management group. She received her JD from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, as well as a certificate in Business & Public Policy from the Wharton School. Pamela holds a degree in Religion and Ethics from Dartmouth College. She is a member of the New York State Bar. Pamela is a member of the Leadership Council of Lawyers for Children and a member of the Steering Committee of the 30% Club. She resides in New York City.

Dean McKay

Dean McKay, Ph.D., ABPP is an internationally recognized expert in CBT, specializing in the treatment of OCD and anxiety disorders. He is a Professor of Psychology at Fordham University, President (2018) of the Society for a Science of Clinical Psychology and Past President of the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (2013-2014). He has published over 200 peer-reviewed articles and book chapters, and is the editor or co-editor of 19 books. He is board certified in Clinical and Cognitive-Behavioral Psychology from the American Board of Professional Psychology. In addition to his professorship, McKay co-directs the Institute for Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Research, a private group psychological practice.
