CBT Workshops in NYC
This Fall we're pleased to offer a series of non-therapy, educational CBT workshops. These groups are designed to teach you about a variety of clinical topics and to introduce you to some basic CBT skills interventions. Our small group format provides ample time for in-depth discussion of workshop material. Whenever possible, workshop content is tailored so that it is response to participants' specific learning objectives.

8-week Fear of Public Speaking Workshop
Beginning October 23rd | Led by Michelle Litwer, Psy.D.
Wednesdays, 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Duration: 8, 60-minute sessions.
Over the course of this 8 weeks you will have the opportunity to practice public speaking with others in a safe and controlled environment, and learn tips/tools/tricks to conquer and face your fears. This approach utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT) to help reduce the anxiety and panic associated with public speaking. Read more here.
Mindfulness and Zen Skills
Led by Practice Founder and Director Lisa Napolitano, J.D., Ph.D.
This 60-minute group focuses on the application of Zen skills to issues of daily living. No prior experience with mindfulness or Zen is required. The skills taught will vary with the issues raised by the participants in each group.
