DBT Multifamily Skills Group for Adolescents


This group meets Tuesdays from 5:30 – 7:00 PM

Over the course of 18 weeks, adolescents (8th-12th grade) and their parents will learn skills to help them better manage their own emotions, tolerate distress, and interact more effectively with others. This group covers the following skills training modules: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, interpersonal effectiveness, and walking the middle path.
