To some extent, the human condition is universal, and we’re all going through the same things. But with age comes more life experience and different challenges. Come learn these life-changing skills with people closer to your age: mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, walking the middle path, and interpersonal effectiveness.
The group meets on Zoom Wednesday evenings from 6 to 7:30 pm starting February 23rd and will be led by me. Participation in individual therapy is not required.
