CBT Workshops

This Fall we’re pleased to offer a series of non-therapy, educational CBT workshops. These groups are designed to teach you about a variety of clinical topics and to introduce you to some basic CBT skills interventions. Our small group format provides ample time for in-depth discussion of workshop material. Whenever possible, workshop content is tailored so that it is response to participants’ specific learning objectives.

If you are interested in participating in any of the groups described below, please complete the form below the group descriptions or contact us at (646) 663-5148. These groups are offered as stand-alone treatments.
